Custom Work

Most OliPoly 3D products are custom-made or small-batch manufactured. Because of that, final printed parts may show normal variation in color, texture, layer lines, seam location, support marks, and finish depending on material, geometry, print orientation, and production settings.

Unless specifically stated in writing, printed parts are not designed, tested, certified, or guaranteed for structural, load-bearing, life-safety, medical, aerospace, automotive safety, pressure, high-heat, or other safety-critical applications. Customers are responsible for evaluating whether a design is suitable for its intended use.

OliPoly 3D may work on concept models, decorative items, business orders, low-volume production runs, replacement-style parts, prototypes, and fit-check parts. Customers are responsible for validating suitability for commercial, technical, production, installation, and end-use purposes.

Quotes and Approval

Quotes are provided for review before production. A quote number may be issued in the format Q-######. Once approved, it may be converted into an order number in the format OP-###### for production and tracking purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are generally valid for 30 days. Pricing is based on the specifications, quantities, files, materials, finish, delivery expectations, and assumptions available at the time of quoting.

Production may begin only after quote approval and any required deposit, payment, purchase order, tax-exempt documentation, vendor setup, or customer confirmation has been received.

Commercial Terms

• Lead times are estimates unless specifically agreed in writing.
• Lead times begin after approval and required payment/documentation are complete.
• Customer-supplied files and specifications are manufactured as provided unless design review is separately requested.
• Changes after approval may require updated pricing, lead time, or production review.
• Custom-manufactured items are generally non-returnable once production has started.
• Customer is responsible for verifying fit, function, installation, intended use, and any required testing.

Payments

Payments may be accepted through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, and Venmo. In some cases, cash may also be accepted for pickup or approved local delivery.

Payment is typically required before pickup, delivery, or shipping unless otherwise agreed. Custom orders may require a deposit before production begins, with any remaining balance due at completion. Business orders may follow approved PO, invoice, or customer-standard terms when agreed in writing.

Unclaimed Orders

If an order is not paid for or picked up within a reasonable timeframe after completion, OliPoly 3D reserves the right to cancel, resell, recycle, or dispose of the item at its discretion.

Production and Timing

Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Timing may vary based on order complexity, material availability, machine maintenance, design revisions, volume, test prints, packaging needs, and other business or production factors.

Customer-Supplied Files

Customer-supplied STL, 3MF, CAD, drawing, reference image, logo, model, measurement, or written specification files are assumed to be approved for manufacturing by the customer unless separate design review services are specifically requested.

OliPoly 3D is not responsible for fitment issues, incorrect scale, design flaws, weak geometry, non-manifold files, missing tolerances, installation issues, or functional failures resulting from customer-provided files, measurements, or specifications.

Design Review and Engineering

Basic print-preparation review may be performed during setup, but that does not constitute engineering validation, safety certification, structural analysis, or full design review. Additional CAD, engineering, reverse engineering, testing, or revision work may be quoted separately.

Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide any files, logos, models, artwork, text, brand assets, or instructions submitted for use in a project. OliPoly 3D is not responsible for verifying intellectual property ownership for customer-provided content.

Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted or requested designs, logos, artwork, text, or models do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. OliPoly 3D may decline projects with ownership, licensing, safety, or suitability concerns.

Revisions and Changes

Changes requested after approval may affect pricing, timeline, or feasibility. Additional charges may apply when revisions require new design work, re-slicing, re-printing, material changes, quantity changes, fixture changes, packaging changes, or altered delivery requirements.

Custom Items

Because many orders are custom, approved custom work is generally not returnable once production has started. If there is an issue with an order, customers should contact OliPoly 3D promptly so a reasonable resolution can be reviewed.

Inspection Window

Customers should inspect delivered or picked-up items within 7 calendar days. Any manufacturing defect, damage, missing item, or order discrepancy should be reported within that period with photos and a description of the issue.

Possible Resolutions

If OliPoly 3D confirms a manufacturing error or order discrepancy, the remedy may include repair, replacement, remake, partial refund, or another reasonable solution at OliPoly 3D’s discretion. Refund decisions, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Use and Installation

OliPoly 3D is not responsible for issues caused by misuse, improper installation, customer design errors, incorrect measurements, post-delivery modification, exposure to unsuitable heat/chemicals/load, or use outside the intended purpose.

Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping

Orders may be provided by pickup, approved local delivery, or shipping, depending on the project and arrangement. Customers are responsible for confirming shipping addresses, pickup details, receiving requirements, and delivery instructions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, billing, PO, tax, and order information. OliPoly 3D is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Once an order is shipped, carrier handling, transit damage, weather disruptions, and carrier delays are outside of our control. Shipping, packaging, insurance, and replacement handling may depend on the carrier and the specific order arrangement.

Order Tracking and Updates

OliPoly 3D may provide a public order tracking page that shows limited customer-safe status information tied to an order number. This page is intended for convenience and should not be relied on for sensitive or confidential information.

Anyone with access to an order number may be able to view limited tracking information. Customers are responsible for keeping their order number private if they wish to restrict access.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OliPoly 3D is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost-profit, business-interruption, production-loss, or similar damages arising from use of its website, products, services, customer files, or manufactured items. Use of products is at the customer's own risk.

Information We Collect

We may collect basic information you provide when submitting a request, placing an order, uploading files, approving a quote, making payment, or contacting us. This may include your name, email address, order details, uploaded content, business details, payment status, shipping details, PO information, tax-exempt documentation, and other project-related information you choose to provide.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to process requests, prepare quotes, communicate with you, provide project updates, manage tracking information, coordinate fulfillment, handle payment/tax/business records, and improve our services.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, and Venmo. OliPoly 3D does not store full card details or full payment account details entered directly with those providers.

Order Tracking

Our order tracking page is accessible using an order number and displays limited, non-sensitive information about order status, payment status, fulfillment notes, and similar customer-safe updates.

Data Storage

Information may be stored using website forms, business tools, and secure third-party systems used to operate OliPoly 3D, including order, quote, finance, payment, and tracking systems. We only use that information for legitimate business purposes related to your request or order.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when reasonably necessary to process payments, communicate with service providers, deliver an order, operate the business, comply with legal/tax obligations, or resolve an order issue.

Your Requests

You may contact us to request updates or deletion of information, subject to any records we need to retain for business, legal, tax, payment, order history, warranty, or dispute-resolution purposes.
