Privacy

Information collected and used

OliPoly may collect information you provide while requesting a project, approving a quote, placing or tracking an order, making payment, uploading files, or contacting the studio. It is used to quote, communicate, manufacture, manage payments and records, provide customer-safe updates, coordinate fulfillment, and resolve issues.

Payments and sharing

Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Venmo. OliPoly does not store full credentials entered with those providers and does not sell personal information. Information is shared only when reasonably necessary to operate the business or meet legal obligations.

Tracking and requests

The public tracker displays limited information to anyone with the order number. Treat that number as private. Data requests may be sent to OliPoly3D@gmail.com, subject to required business, tax, payment, warranty, or dispute records.

Terms

Custom manufacturing

Most work is custom or small-batch. Normal variation can appear in color, texture, layer lines, seams, support marks, and finish.

Quotes and approval

Quotes reflect the specifications, quantities, materials, files, finish, and delivery assumptions available at the time and are generally valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Production begins after approval and required payment, deposit, PO, or documentation.

Customer files and use

Customers are responsible for supplied files, measurements, specifications, rights, fit, installation, function, and suitability. Unless agreed in writing, printed objects are not certified for structural, life-safety, medical, aerospace, automotive-safety, pressure, high-heat, or other safety-critical uses.

Returns

Approved custom work is generally non-returnable once production starts. Inspect items within 7 calendar days and report damage, defects, missing items, or discrepancies with the order number, photos, and description.

When OliPoly confirms a manufacturing error, the remedy may be repair, replacement, remake, partial refund, or another reasonable solution. Misuse, improper installation, incorrect customer files or measurements, modification, or unsuitable exposure are not eligible.

Warranty

OliPoly stands behind the finished object matching the approved order and being free from confirmed manufacturing errors at delivery. Prototypes, fit-check parts, replacement-style parts, and customer-directed designs require customer validation.

Heat, sunlight, moisture, chemicals, impact, load, cleaning, and installation can affect printed objects. Warranty review excludes ordinary wear, misuse, modification, unsuitable storage, improper installation, or exposure beyond intended conditions.

Accessibility

OliPoly aims to provide an understandable, navigable, and usable website and customer experience across devices and assistive technologies, using readable contrast, keyboard access, headings, descriptive links, alternative text, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support where practical.
